Buyers and Sellers Inspections

Buying a home is one of the most important decision we make in our lives and a home inspection is an important part of ensuring that you make the best decisions for you and your family. A full buyer's home inspections include a detailed electronic written report beginning at $500, with actual costs depending on the size and complexity of the inspection.

As a seller, maximizing the value of your home in the real estate market can be worth tens of thousands of dollars. Presenting a sound and well maintained home without maintenance and upkeep issues will help to drive top dollar offers, while avoiding costly surprises in the process of selling your home.

Deck Inspections

The North American Deck and Railing Association (NADRA) recommends that homeowners regularly inspect their decks and consider a professional inspection once each year. Decks are subject to harsh elements with specific maintenance needs.  Decks are also too often built with improper materials and sub-par construction techniques by homeowners, handymen, and even a few contractors. Our decks are central gathering places in our home, and a professional inspection can help keep our decks safe.  Deck inspections are conducted as hourly inspections and observations/recommendations can be delivered verbally or in a written report.

Specialty Inspections

Owning a home presents plenty of challenges, and a home inspector can help to diagnose issues and provide guidance when looking for the right solutions to complex problems within the home.  Residential specialty inspections are available on an hourly basis. Examples of specialty inspections include:

Maintenance Inspections
